Villa Il Palagio is an elegant reconstruction of the 16th century villa belonging to the Falicaia family. 
From 2001 to 2016 a long and accurate restoration took place to retur the villa and the barnhouse in front of the villa to their original condition. 
In the heart of the Tuscan countryside it is an ideal setting off point for visiting the main tourist attractions in this wonderful area: Florence, Arezzo, Chianti, Montepulciano, Siena and San Gimignano.

The villa is surrounded by a well-cared for lawn, suitable for outside living and bar-b-quing. In a lovely sunny and panoramic position, on a slightly lower level to the house, is a rectangular swimming pool (7/14) metres, depth 1.40 and with the possibility of heating.It has sunbeds, outside shower, and a few shady areas from which it is possible to admire the magnificent views and sunsets.
