Pizza and Focaccia Making Class in Cortona - CODE: WFCORT06

Learn how to cook the very symbol of Italian cuisine from scratch. Together with chef Anna learn to prepare the perfect dough. Raise, roll, stretch and bake different types of pizza and schiacciata (flat bread). Then, cook an Italian traditional dessert to complete the menu. After the lesson, enjoy the meal you have prepared paired with local white and red wines.

SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservations:

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the TIME OF BOOKING to secure your reservation. The balance is then due 72 hours BEFORE experience beginning.

Bookings made LATER THAN 72 hours BEFORE experience beginning must be paid by lump-sum settlement.

 

Cancellations:

Any cancellation by you must be notified by email to info@acrosstuscany.com.

We will acknowledge your cancellation by email.

Cancellations received UP to 20 days BEFORE experience beginning: 30% CHARGE (deposit).

Cancellations received FROM 20 day TO 10 days BEFORE experience beginning: 50% CHARGE.

Cancellations received LATER THAN 10 days BEFORE experience beginning, late arrivals and no shows: NO REFUND.

This is applicable to any participant that fails to arrive, or arrives after experience beginning.

 

Rain policy:

In case of bad weather conditions, our Chef Anna will host you for a pampering lunch.
