Cooking Class at a Farm in Cortona - TRIP CODE: WFCORT04
In a kitchen built where the Chianina cattle lived in the past, learn the authentic Tuscan recipes of Great Grandmother Dinda and Aunt Anna. Starting with pasta: pici, tagliatelle, pappardelle, gnocchi; and then an appetizer with fresh vegetable products from Mama Paola's garden. Also, learn how to cook panzanella, ribollita, pappa al pomodoro, zucchini flowers and more. The recipes are seasonal using fresh products. You can choose your favourite recipe. After the lesson, enjoy the meal you have created accompanied by some good wine.
Please note: The class is not private, others participants may join.

Our Reservation and Cancellation Policy
A partial payment of the 10% of the fee must be deposited at the booking time.
The balance must be paid within 72 hours prior to tour beginning.
Bookings made in the 72 hours before the tour beginning must be paid by lump-sum settlement.
The deposit can be paid by credit card or by bank transfer (in case of bank transfer payment, it is required to send the copy of the bank transfer through email).
Any cancellation by you must be notified by email to email@example.com .
We will acknowledge your cancellation by email.
For cancellations from 30 days until 16 days before the service, we will refund 50% of the paid amount, minus the booking fee of Euro 20 per person.
For cancellations from 15 days to the scheduled reservation service there is no refund of any amount.
Late arrivals and no shows are non-refundable. This is applicable to any participant.
Transportation is not included.
