From truffle orchard to winery: pairing truffle with wine

Don't miss the opportunity of learning the secrets of truffle hunters and of pairing this unique local food with wine!
During this fun experience you will learn:

what a truffle is
how truffle is cultivated
how dogs are trained
and much more

The walk will start from the winery and the visit to the cellar, will continue in the vineyards and then in the truffle orchard with the dog, for the truffle hunting.

After the truffle hunting the experience will continue in the farmhouse under a vine pergola or in the tasting room of the winery.

There you will have the unique chance to taste truffle (according to season white or black truffle) and local food paired with wines produced in the winery.

The balance is then due 15 days BEFORE experience beginning.
