Hot air balloon flight

Tuscany from above: a once in a lifetime experience.

A breath-taking trip over the beautiful landscape of Tuscan or Umbria countryside from the basket of a hot air balloon.

The hot air balloon ride lasts for around one hour and takes place in the morning around sunrise, as this is when conditions are best for ballooning.
After your balloon ride, enjoy the traditional glass of sparkling wine to toast the amazing experience you have just had.

Safety Information and Limitations:

Pregnant women and people with recent surgery and/or back problems are not recommended to fly. We are not qualified to give you a medical opinion so please consult your own physician if in doubt.

Passengers weighing over 127kg (20stone/280lb) should contact us before booking. Special conditions may apply.

Children must be aged 7 or over and at least 137cm (4’6”) tall to be able to fly.

Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the TIME OF BOOKING to secure your reservation. The balance is then due 15 days BEFORE experience beginning.
Bookings made LATER THAN 15 days BEFORE experience beginning must be paid by lump-sum settlement.

Cancellations

We will acknowledge your cancellation by email.
    Cancellations received UP to 72 hours BEFORE experience beginning: FREE OF CHARGE.
    Cancellations received LATER THAN 72 hours BEFORE experience beginning, late arrivals and no shows: NO REFUND.
This is applicable to any participant that fails to arrive, or arrives after experience beginning.
